Konsthantverkarna in Stockholm sells crafts in a variety of materials including glass, ceramics, metals, textiles, paper and wood and are made by Sweden´s best craftsmen and women. There are approximately 90 members represented in the shop showing functional ware, unique objects, beautiful utensils and conceptual arts and crafts. We have something for everyone!

We show work by our members as well as work by invited guests from Sweden and abroad in our gallery. Our shop and gallery offer opportunities to explore different themes and materials as well as individual projects. The yearly exhibition program aims at showing a wide range of materials with a high level of artistic content and highly skilled execution.

Konsthantverkarna welcome private visitors as well as representatives from institutions and groups. We organize special viewings to art societies and art clubs and we can also organize evening events for larger groups where one or two of our members will give an artist talk.

You reach the shop easily by bus or metro to Slussen. The shop is on street level and a ramp can be provided leading two steps up to the gallery. We can help you find the perfect wedding present, or a unique piece of jewelry to your dearest or a candlestick to brighten your evening.

Our exhibition activities are produced with support from the Swedish Arts Council. This is important as it will ensure continuous quality. We are always developing our exhibition program and are happy to receive interest requests from museums, schools and groups with special needs who wish to visit us.
